I called Juniper Peak Home Services to seek help with installing a mini-split in my office/gameroom shed. The installation was very clean and it works great! I'm very glad to have cool air and heat in here now that its starting to get warmer out.
Josiah was great. He kept great communication with me from the initial conversation, through scheduling, and even checked in with me after the installation to make sure that everything was working properly.
When talking with him he was happy to answer questions for me and I really enjoyed the fact that I was being talked to like a regular person and not just a new lead or customer. For me that goes a long way when looking to hire someone for their services.
If anyone is in the Bend or Alfalfa area, I highly recommend giving Juniper Peak Home Services a call!

We had a new AC installed. I really appreciated all the communication. We were given all pricing upfront and a timeline for the project. Josiah kept us informed along the way and kept a tidy work area. Once the project was completed he explained how to use the thermostat and told us maintenance we would need to perform. He showed up when he said he would and was always polite. We have had it for several years now and have not had any problems.
