Had them come out to add a outlet in our laundry room. When going thru the bathroom outlet to tie it in the electrician was pounding his screwdriver thru the junction box and put it thru a water pipe. He did fix the water line but left a 2 foot hole in the wall without offering to repair. He said I wouldn't be charged for the water fix (obviously). I had to call and ask who was to fix the wall. Glad I did because otherwise there was no offer to fix the 2' hole left in my wall

I chose House's based on their prior reviews, and I'm so glad I did! I needed a simple light fixture install, and Caleb did a brilliant job making sure everything was perfect. While he was there, he troubleshot a different questionable electrical connection, and provided a few possible options to fix it. He ended up coming back out and fixing the connection that I was worried about, and now it's safe and working like a dream! He was patient with all of my questions, and very knowledgeable!Susie was super helpful and friendly, and I really appreciated how quickly she replied to my texts/emails!Top notch service! I'm so glad they're in the Champaign/Urbana area
