Lucas was my technician and he was excellent. I highly recommend him. He called before he came and was prompt and clear with what the plumbing issue was. He worked with me on finding the best solution that would solve my problem and fit my price point. He was very polite and I hope I never have a plumbing issue again, but if I do, Lucas will be the one that I want to come fix it.

PalmAire had Isaiah out on 12/15 for our biannual HVAC maintenance through Snyder A/C, and he brought a smooth, jazzy groove to the whole visit. The work was tight, on tempo, and clearly done by someone who knows the system inside and out.

Isaiah handled the maintenance and the UV light installation with confidence and clarity, explaining things without missing a beat. Knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely easy to have around—no noise, no pressure, just solid work and good vibes.

Isaiah is a real asset to PalmAire. If HVAC service had a soundtrack, this one would be playing clean, cool, and perfectly in tune.

Total clown show. We have had ongoing issue since it was installed 3 years ago including damage to the ceiling when the drain clogged and then the safety shut off did not work, but this is the icing on the cake. First guy comes to service the AC unit a week ago. Says everything is Ok and leaves. A week later we are having the ceiling repaired and they tell us the AC unit drain in leaking onto the ceiling again. We call and schedule someone to come out. They send the same guy. He replaces a coupling and my wife noticed a rattling sound coming out of the air handler. He says he’s not qualified to determine what is going on with it and we will need to schedule someone else. OK, we call the company and they say somebody else will come in the afternoon. My wife waits and waits and waits. Nobody shows. 6 hours. She calls the company and gets an AI Bot that says someone is still coming. She waits 2 more hours and nothing. She calls back and chooses a different option and gets a person who says nobody is coming. It got assigned to the same guy and he closed it out. Really!?!?! OK, she schedules for a different tech to come the next day. Tech #2 shows up. He can’t figure the rattling noise either but he notices a total break in the drain line 8” from where the first guy supposedly did his repair (I think the first guy stepped on the drain line and actually broke it, but I didn’t see it so hard to prove.) So back to tech #2…. He proceeds to repair the broken PVC drain line with a piece of hose and tape. Really!?!?! See pictures. It was still leaking and I ran out into the driveway as he was pulling out and said it’s still leaking. He said that is all he could do and we would need to schedule another call to have someone replace the drain line or put a pump in. My wife paid $600 for the pump and then he says it probably won’t get on the schedule for tomorrow because the company is having a party and maybe Saturday. Really!?!?!? My wife calls the company and asks for a manger to try to get this escalated and was told she would get a call back. Crickets. The best part is after the guy leaves he sends me a link to leave a review. Well, you asked for it. Here’s the one star review you all earned

Hello,
Our Technician, Ryley Johnson was wonderful.
He was very thorough and he took his time to solve our problem.
Our A/C stopped working due to the lines being clogged.
He cleared out the lines, put in a new air filter and wired us for a new thermostat, that he had to rewire in our attic.
We have our Maintenance Plan with Palm Air/Snyder Electric, but this cleaning needed to be done in addition to our every 6 months service.
