Fusion Heating & Air Conditioning

I highly recommend this furnace repair team to friends and family. We had worked with a few heating and HVAC companies before on our older system, but this crew was the easiest to deal with. We scheduled a technician to inspect the unit and confirm that our aging furnace and heating equipment were at the end of their life. The tech checked everything carefully, explained that the old system was no longer worth repairing, and took photos and measurements during the first visit so the replacement process would go smoothly. Jonathan from the office sent over a clear quote very quickly, and once we approved it, the installation was scheduled without any hassle. Axel arrived right on time, kept us informed throughout the job, and completed the install in about two days. The work was clean, organized, and efficient, and the house was left in great shape. Even our dogs barely noticed anyone was there. The whole furnace replacement experience was easy, professional, and stress-free.

It’s true, it’s all true. Fusion Heating & Air Conditioning really stands out for hvac service. It began with a detailed system evaluation, a clear explanation of how the furnace and air conditioner installation would go, and helpful recommendations for the best setup for the home. the team arrived this morning, introduced themselves, and stayed very organized and courteous during the entire install process. the new furnace and ac system were installed in just one day, which was impressive, and they cleaned up everything before leaving. jonathan, chris, and axel did excellent work and showed real care for the job. the whole experience felt professional, efficient, and easy from start to finish. They really know heating and cooling systems and how to make the installation smooth for the customer. Definitely a service you can rely on for quality hvac work in Boulder.

Fusion Heating & Air Conditioning was very professional, kind, and truly cared about fixing my furnace problem. Chris and Eddie replaced the motor in my furnace and even checked a few different suppliers to find the best recommended part for my system. I really appreciated the extra effort to get the right furnace motor instead of taking shortcuts. The pricing was fair, and they explained the repair in simple terms so I knew exactly what was being done. I also signed up for the protection plan for my furnace, hot water tank, and central air, and the monthly cost is very affordable. They did an excellent job at my home in Boulder, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing furnace repair or HVAC service.
