I can’t say enough good things about the HVAC service. They were highly rated on several sites and had the best quote for replacing our older furnace, air conditioner, and water heater, plus installing a flex vent through the chimney since only the water heater uses that vent now. Everyone involved, from Douglas in sales to the office staff and the installation crew, was professional, helpful, and easy to work with. When I brought in my payment, I asked the front desk about a rebate for the water heater. They helped correct a few mistakes on the paperwork and even sent it in for me, which made the whole process much easier. After dealing with other contractors before, this experience was a huge relief. They clearly know heating and cooling systems, ventilation, and home comfort equipment, and they handled the furnace, A/C, and water heater installation smoothly from start to finish. In Boulder, having dependable HVAC equipment and efficient service really matters through both warm summers and cold winter weather, and this team delivered exactly that. Omni HVAC Repair installed a mini-split system for us, and we are very happy with the whole experience. they gave us the lowest quote compared with several other hvac bids, and the value was excellent. They also explained the available energy-efficiency rebate options and helped us with the paperwork, which saved us a lot of money. douglas and the install team were on time, professional, and easy to work with. they kept my wife and i informed through each step of the mini-split installation and gave us a few clear options for placement and setup so the system would fit our home well. The communication was great from start to finish, and the whole process felt smooth and organized. After the hvac install was finished, they even offered to paint the exterior line-set covers so everything would blend in nicely with the house. now that we have been using the system for a while, we really love how well it handles both cooling in warm weather and efficient comfort year-round. The workmanship was top-notch, the customer service was excellent, and i would absolutely use them again.

After dealing with heating system issues for quite a while, I looked at several options, contractors, and equipment choices and found this team to be a great value with fast, responsive service. Douglas was very knowledgeable about furnace systems and heater replacement options. He was not pushy, listened to what I needed, and gave clear recommendations so I could choose the best setup for my home with confidence.
