They are responsive. The office staff is quick to follow up. It is very easy to schedule a service on their website and the techs are very efficient and are quick to address concerns with the units. I will keep using them as my first call for all future maintenance and repair.
I have had a mini- split as well as whole house HVAC installed and could not be more pleased with the service, communication, and professionalism of all involved. April scheduled all the service appointments and follow up required by the county. My installation team was fantastic, on time and insured everything was functional and clean post installation. Best company I have worked with!!!
The AC1 crew arrived on schedule and got to work installing the mini-split system in my garage. They worked efficiently and completed the work in just under two hours. They cleaned up the garage area and were on their way. I'm very pleased with their work.
