Excellent experience with Air & Heat! Cam, the technician arrived on time, was friendly and very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was doing. He performed a thorough maintenance check and found I needed a new capacitor, which he installed. We’ll definitely continue using Air & Heat and highly recommend their service!
Our Air & Heat technician arrived on time after a text that he was encountered. He was through and professional. A comprehensive report was delivered with photos of all system readings as evidence of his work and system checks. Been using Air & Heat for six years, ever since they installed the new HVAC and have not regretted that decision.

Did Alot of research before purchasing a new unit, air & heat had the best price and seemed like one of the more honest companies. 2 weeks later I had a little connectivity issue with my thermostat (didn’t know this at the time) but they were out at my house in less than 45 min on a Sunday. Great company!
1/14/26. Got a call from their administrative person saying sorry your email went into our spam folder. My response "the work has been done".11/27/25 update. I had asked if they installed nest thermostats and got a quote. When I emailed to get one installed, no response.-------------------I was very pleased with Air & Heat. I had them install (3) UV bulb units to keep the mildew out of my HVAC air handlers. The scheduling was easy. Daniel showed up on time and finished in about an hour. I got an exorbitant quote for the company that now does my scheduled service. Air and Heat came in at a fraction of that quote at a price I thought was fair. I plan to switch to A&H as my regular servicer.
