I’ve been a customer of One Hour for over 20 years and although I’ve always been satisfied with their response and their work, my latest experience was exceptional. The young man, his name is Jake, was sent to my home to check out my malfunctioning air conditioner. After an extensive inspection of the system, he informed me that I had a few choices and explained them in detail. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very personable, giving me sufficient time to consider my choices. I will continue to be a customer of One Air and will definitely ask for Jake for my regular six months service calls.

Twice now have been passed by for the afternoon appt. No message or phone calls. I had to call twice. Would have been nice to have a phone call to let us know the tech went home. Called at 6:13 was told the tech was finishing up a job and should be over. 7 rolled around no tech. Called back and was informed we would not be served tonight. Tech went home early. This was crucial I have two rabbits that can not have temps over 74 degrees stresses them out. Now I have fans and hopefully that will cool them off. We are not happy about this. We now have an appt for Wed at 8 to 12. Third time's a charm, in mean time I got to figure out how to keep the back room cool for my buns.
