Our AC broke on a Saturday night. I submitted a request on their website and was shocked to get an immediate response. I figured I would hear back on Monday morning. The technician Blake arrived on Sunday morning and got the system up and running. Even took a bunch of pictures to show me the system (which is in our attic). Very fair price for an emergency weekend call! Honest company. Highly recommended!

Blake and Bryce were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond in every way. Instead of just addressing the visible issue with our return unit in the garage, they took the time to evaluate the entire system. They discovered multiple problems with ductwork, improper connections, and sealing issues that had been missed before—and they explained everything clearly, showed me photos, and made sure I understood what was going on, the impacts, and the various options to address it.Communication from start to finish was impressive. Southern Values really saved us today, as they have before too. We were having issues with our AC blowing hot, I texted at 8pm Tuesday night and they were able to have a technician to our house the next day by 2pm. Bryce showed up and was incredibly respectful, professional, and helped me understand everything he was doing. He was able to get us all taken care of in an hour and suggested their maintenance plan that seems like an excellent option. I would HIGHLY recommend Southern Values and Bryce's help!
OMG!!!!! What nice, professional, and knowledgeable guys!!! Easily diagnosed the problem one day and fixed it the next. Highly satisfied!! Very fair price. Gave all options but did NOT try to upsell me…..actually down-sold me. So neat and clean , so polite. I have found my new HVAC company. Cannot recommend them highly enough…..10-star rating!!!!!!!!!!
