Super impressed with this company!We had a mini split added to our master bedroom. My contact with John the sales person and the installers; Yarian and Eduardo was great. They were professional, friendly, competent and honest. We literally had the install the next day after we got our estimate. Great work, especially given the complexity of where the mini split was located, and would definitely use them again if the need arises.
My Uniques Services tech, Felix Romero Marquez, just left after a service call & I wanted to note how thorough and competent he is as well as a delight to deal with. I generally have very good service from Unique and have used them for decades. The company has changed over time but I have found that if there are any issues with service and:or equipment, they have been quick to remedy the situation. They are reliable, available and do a great a/c installation as well.
Unique Services put in a new HVAC system in 06.2025. They failed to add a place to install a filter for the unit. This was discovered at my 6 month maintenance checkup. I have been talking with the regional manager that they need to fix this issue. Finally on 03.04.2026 a technician was sent out to add the filter door to the unit so that filters can be replaced and so that the system isn’t damaged. This installation was covered under my warranty since the company failed to add a filter door in the air handler located in my garage. It is now fixed and I can replace the filter from the door in the air handler. I don’t understand why it wasn’t put in originally when my new unit was installed. The new HVAC system was very expensive.
Unique Services is way too pricy for straight forward work.We purchased a $1000 water heater from Lowes - delivered.Lowe’s offered Unique Services to install this. Their technician came out, seemed quite knowledgeable and provided some useful, appreciated advice for 5 minutes … then gave me his card with a $2000 quote to install. My local licensed plumber I’ve used successfully multiple times is now doing this for about one third of Unique Services quote. So - good quality - but check other installer options!
