Jason was very polite and professional. Service was done quickly and in full. All the service staff answering the phones were so friendly as well at i did need to reschedule a few times.
This company did NOT disappoint. I placed a call in the morning at 7:30 when we discovered the furnace issue and we had a technician at the front door by 9am! He was friendly, knowledgeable and had us up and running in no time (on one of the coldest days of the year)
What can I say, winter time and no heat. Jason arrived on time and replaced the failed components quickly and efficiently . very friendly service and looking forward to working together with them in the future for a new furnace and AC combo. Excellent work Jason and a big thank you to Tara for setting up this service call flawlessly.
If I could give them 10 stars I would! Hats off to Megan and Steve! On one of the coldest days of the year and with an hours notice for a broken furnace they were at my doorstep! They were efficient, knowledgeable and accommodating! The problem was promptly rectified and I am now enjoying a warm, toasty house! Highly recommend!
