This was my first time calling Vive Brant for a new furnace, the salesperson was very knowledgeable in explaining what size and make would be a great fit for our home. The installers were very professional and clean and courteous. I am very happy with their services and would highly recommend if you need a great reliable company.
Amazing Company ! We had used a different company initially. They quoted us a large number and said we needed a certain part and it would take 4 days for that part to come in and then fix it. It was over the winter and we weren’t going to have heat for 4 days. We also have a baby at home so that wasn’t going to work for us. We then called Vive Brant. They were fast and efficient. They came a few hours after calling. Found the real issue which was different then what the other company thought and was affordable for the work. They saved us with fixing the urgent issue right away. We had heat back on before it got too cold! We are so happy we called them! Would recommend!!!
I called Vive Brant for a safety inspection on my gas fireplace that hadn’t been used in several years. They were accommodating to my work schedule, the technician arrived on time, and was very polite & thorough…explaining everything he did, patiently showing me several times how to light the pilot! Vive was recommended to me by several people, but still a pleasant surprise! It’s important to me to support local businesses, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any of their varied services. This long winter was made more bearable knowing I could safely use my gas fireplace - thank you to everyone at Vive!
I called vive on January 30th to book a service appointment. Ended up with the afterhour tech who told me he would have the office call me on the Monday since it was Friday. I waited the 6 of February I believe with no call back. Until I reach out to FB looking for recommendations. One of the Owners of Vive reach out and had the office call the following monday the 9th. I book an service appointment with Vives office for the 13th of Feb for the afternoon. About 2:45 I called the office to see what time the tech would be here. They advised me that there was NO service appointment booked on my account!I highly recommend avoiding Vive mechanic all together to avoid the headaches and run around!
I contacted Vive Brant to replace leaking valves on radiators in my home. The plumber gouged the new valves and produced another leak elsewhere in the radiator, telling me “maybe it will seal itself once the boiler is running again.”When I received the (nearly $900) invoice I was billed for an extra hour.I called the company with my concerns and shared photos of the newly installed parts. I recieved a call back from two men who made it evident they didn’t feel there was any issues with the work. They explained that they start billing when they leave their shop to come to you, and charge an additional $49 truck charge.Last time I’ll be using Vive Brant.
