Hired them to replace a commercial AC Unit. They did the work but did so without getting a permit. The landlord and the town found out the work was done without a permit and informed me so I asked Ray to take care of the permit situation. It's been 4 months of constant requests by me but Ray's hasn't obtained or closed the permit. I have been fined and now the landlord is threatening to terminate my lease. Also took them 5 months to come back and fix the thermostat as I was unable to change the temperature or mode.
The company was yotaly professional. appointment was made right away, and the technician arrived early and work was completed immediately at a very fair price
