We had a great experience with Night Plumbing and Heating in Calgary. Sheldon came out to assess the furnace, and we saw Jason next day as an advisor. Both were very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything to us in detail. We really appreciated how thorough and clear they were throughout the process. Very happy with new power vented hot water tank install, guys showed up on time, took extra steps to make sure everything is right and pipes are not in the way(it was crowded with windows, doors and furnace, but they came out on top!)
Warranty is unmatched, 10 years parts and 10 years labour!

We had a major clog in our dual kitchen sink and vigorous plunging wouldn’t solve it. Decided to call Knight Plumbing, and right from that initial phone call we received great customer service. The person was very courteous on the phone and tried to see what they could do to get a plumber out to us as quickly as possible (non-emergency). Bing came out to us very promptly and saved the day! He was extremely upfront about the pricing and what he suggested was exactly what was required. Bing provided friendly service, shared lots of tips with us, and did a great job of cleaning up both during and after the work. Super professional! Will definitely utilize Knight Plumbing again!

Even though my issues wasn’t resolved at the time of my call due to the age of my furnace, Justin was very professional and explained everything fully. Would recommend Knight for sure.
UPDATE: Austin was great on helping get a new furnace, answered my question and did a great job explaining this.
