Once the appointment was booked Igor on site completed the necessary inspection and was thorough with explanation and what was needed. Legacy was great!…. Our furnace hard died, and Warren in sales was able to get me setup ASAP. John the installer was friendly, professional and had the new unit up and running with no issues… he took the time to answer my questions and walk me through the work and setting up the thermostat.I have used them before, and they have been my go-to for HVAC.
