Nik and Jimmy did a phenomenal job for us checking our furnace and making sure that we can stay warm this winter. Looks like our furnace does need to be replaced soon, so they explained all of our options for financing and how to go about it. Thanks guys! Highly recommended!
Nik and Jimmy were great. They came early and did their magic. Glad to have used these guys 2 years ago when I replaced my furnace. Got my furnace serviced, hot water tank flushed and dryer vent cleaned at a great price.Thanks for the great service!!!
Nik and Jimmy came to do the cleaning servicing today. 10 vents cleaning package with dryer vent. After suggestion, I decided to get hot water tank flushed and humidifier pad change also (additional charges not part of package but you get deal for doing all these at once). I think Nik was the one who worked in Bsmt. Mainly. He did an awesome job on everything he did. Very professional, and after finishing he cleaned up the area as well. Educated me on few things that I had no idea of so I'm really thankful for that. The other gentleman worked on the vents mainly (that was Jimmy may be)? I am little disappointed with his work, I was under the impression that the cover of the vents gets cleaned/washed out also but apparently not? Plus he didn't clean out or anything around the area he worked on I had yo vacuum myself. I don't mind doing that but Again, I was under the impression that once they finish the work, they clean up everything. The other thing is, I felt like the Customer Service wasn't knowledgeable enough or ... when I called to book the appointment, he just offered the Basic package, I had to ask about duck cleaning (AS I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA) and thats when he mentioned about the dryer vents cleaning. I asked him what other services I might need as I have no clue this is my first home, he didnt suggest anything which were offered and completed by the 2 gentleman who came by today.I would've given a 4 star rating but I was really happy with the work Nik did in bsmt. And the BC Gentleman had a really good sense of humor ?? so overall, I'm pretty happy and I would definitely recommend them
Nik and Jimmy did a furnace and duct clean for us this morning. They were punctual, friendly, and professional. We appreciated Nik's recommendations to make our system run smoother. He also provided a free estimate for a new furnace. He gave us a detailed explanation of the benefits of getting a new furnace and we felt confident that we were being given thorough and honest information. This is our second time using Western Canadian Furnace and we highly recommend the company. Big thanks to Nik and Jimmy. :)
Eric and Justin arrived on time for 2 days to install a furnace, water heater, humidifier and air cleaner. Plus installed a new heat vent and return in the townhouse walk-out. They were respective of the property and provided information of what will be done. They responded to all questions providing a review of the products at the end of the installation. As the owner I am completely satisfied with the projects success. Yahoo!
