His technicians were polite, professional and worked hard during the entire installation time.Brandon helped me connect my new thermostat to the internet so it could be properly registered, and because it’s a computerized system, he walked me through everything step by step. He also ensured I had all the information needed to qualify for this year’s tax credit, provided paperwork confirming each product was registered, and documented the warranty for every component. The team spent time explaining things around the new thermostat to what was replaced when moving our AC unit during some renovations we had done. Highly recommend them. Stand up team.I had an issue arise from a AC install. They were quick to send someone out. Unable to repair , Brandon came out a few days later found the problem and resolved.
