I picked this company based on reviews and because it was small family business. I feel like they were not transparent in telling me they were in the process of merging with a large company. I should have had that information to make my decision as to who I would hire for the install. I would definitely have gone with someone else had I known!AC Failed inspection. Installed new ac without a filter. I found this out 9 months later during maintenance. Wasn’t even told it didn’t have a filter.During maintenance 9 mos later the tech did not get the filter Matt the manager told him to get. He said he’d correct this and contact me. A week later I still haven’t heard from them.
I wish I could click all of the above. My husband and I just bought our home and the AC was struggling. Called these guys and the amazing owner had a tech out within an hour, fair pricing and genuinely cares about the customer. Won my business hands down. They're knowledgeable and don't over charge! Not only were they great while installing the new system, they were absolutely amazing with my toddler!!!! Great service, professional, and they entertained a crazy toddler too. Highly recommend Griffith! After 3 other calls and quotes from other companies, we were about to spend a lot of money to buy a brand new a/c system. We decided to make 1 more phone call and we are so happy we did. Griffith took the time to listen and truly diagnose the issue. Dorothy made sure we were taken care of and spent time talking us through options. Brandon the tech was professional, informative and very efficient.They came same day and were able to repair the system we have at a reasonable price, saving us lot of money and having to buy a new system. We couldn't be happier!
