Great easy to set up appointment, great good old fashioned service, I really appreciate knowing I can call this company for help they seem to enjoy problem solving - and know the machines well enough to diagnose the issues and fix things efficiently.

The tech was on time and texted his arrival time ahead of time. Upon arrival he introduced himself went to work. After he was done he explained what he had done, thanked us for using Mid-State and left. He worked quietly and was very courteous and polite.
Absolutely on their game. Arrived before scheduled appt. Diagnosed problem quickly. Unfortunately, had to order part. Came the next morning as scheduled to install ordered part.David the tech was very professional and understanding of the situation, being it was 106 when the a/c unit stopped working. It was about 1:00pm when Mid-state was contacted, they were still able to schedule a tech that day. Remarkable response time. Unit was up and running within a 24 hr period.
