After installing our HVAC system, we came home to find a huge water spot on our ceiling. Turns out their installers didn't know enough to hook up the secondary drain line. After coming out and fixing it, I was told they would send someone out to fix the ceiling. Never happened. Now they aren't returning our calls. Don't use these people. They may be the least expensive, but you get what you pay for.
Chris is an amazing technician. He will find the issue and fix it.I have used Chris at 4 houses now ( one whole house replacement, one motor replacement, a garage split and a freon top-off) and he has never tried to upsell me.Since he is a small company I am willing to wait for an appointment due to his quality of work.
Excellent installation!! The entire team was professional and provided excellent service. They were on time, did all the work quoted and removed all parts/trash. Replacement of the entire Trane system with a new Trane system. Highly recommend Chris and his team.
I have used Ultimate Comfort for my residence and my fathers residence. Chris has always been professional and punctual. He kept my informed through the entire process of replacement of both of my A/C units. He ordered, installed, and hauled away the old equipment and cleaned up after and followed up with me several times making sure the units were working as promised. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.
Chris and his crew (Terry and Alex) installed 3 new Trane heat pumps and 3 new Trane air handlers in our Casa Grande Home.
