Worked with George P to get my new toilet installed and the previous removed. The quality of the work was worth the price. It was a Japanese style toilet with a fancy seat and he installed it perfectly.
We had a water leak underground and we were recommended by our regular plumber who doesn't do that type of leak detection work..He recommended the place to call was Mason Pro. We are glad we did. Tony the plumber came out and detected where the leak was coming from and did a great job fixing it. Personable, caring and very knowledgeable about his craft. Highly recommend Mason Pro and if you need any work that's plumber related ask for Tony you will be glad you did.
Have used Mason Mechanical for years for HVAC projects. Late at night we needed a plumber and knowing the company is now Mason Pro Services, I verified they have emergency plumbing services. Called and they were at the house in about 3 hours as tech was already at a job in Mesa. Great service and the tech verified the situation was resolved. Tech very friendly and knowledgeable. Will not hesitate to use them again if necessary.

When our air stopped working, I booked online and was able to get next-day service. Their customer service team even called the morning of the appointment to confirm, which I really appreciated.Alberto and his apprentice Gabriel came out and were fantastic—super communicative before arriving and very quick to diagnose and fix the issue. Alberto also took the time to explain how to properly maintain our unit, which was incredibly helpful and reassuring. I felt so well taken care of that I ended up signing up for their maintenance program, which also saved me money. Highly recommend Mason Pro Services!
