I had a great experience with Leslie Cintron who came out for my air-conditioning check. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. She was pleasant, professional, and very thorough in her work. I especially appreciated that she put on shoe protectors as soon as she entered the house such a thoughtful and respectful touch. She did an excellent job, and I truly enjoyed her visit.
