He knew exactly what to do to minimize the surgery to our house to integrate the high tech controller into our existing wiring. He as fast, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Another excellent experience with Viking! Owen and Austin were great. Routine service check on three separate units, and they were professional and knowledgeable. They also dealt with all of my questions on routine maintenance I can complete on my own, so I now have an easy checklist that I can go through to extend the life of the units.
