Positive experience from meeting with sales rep, talking with office personnel to installation team. They were professional, stayed the entire day to complete the job and cleaned up everything. Peter was very professional, friendly, and answered all my questions during installation. He was very knowledgeable. It was expensive to replace the entire HVAC system but it was worth the investment and they use Carrier products which have high ratings. There are financing options available with 0% interest to help alleviate the out of pocket cost. I would highly recommend Bovio-Rubino for your HVAC needs.

Excellent service from Peter! It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such professionalism and courtesy. He was professional, pleasant, and very respectful of our home. He took the time to thoroughly explain our new HVAC system and made sure everything was clean and in great condition before he left. His attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. Thomas, Zach and Peter were wonderful installers. Very knowledgeable and kept their work space extremely clean. Very nice, clean install. Definitely would recommend Bovio Rubino. Nazir and Aidan also did a wonderful job, clearing a path for install.

We had an outstanding experience with Bovio-Rubino and cannot recommend them enough. Their service was truly white-glove from start to finish. Within 24 hours of reaching out, a technician came out, thoroughly diagnosed the issue, and explained that a full furnace replacement was needed. Remarkably, the very next day the new furnace was installed—professionally, efficiently, and right on schedule. Anthony was our tech, Brian our sales rep, and then hunter and Zach were our installation crew, had such an easy experience with each and every one of them.

Terrible service. Avoid at all costs My 1 year old carrier AC stopped working. Called carrier and they recommended them to me for being carrier certified and the closest to me. Called them and scheduled someone to come take a look. Tech came in. Filled the outside fan unit with refrigerant, and looked at couple things before realizing that the furnace board just needed an update. Did the update and charged me $270 for less than an hour of work. Didn’t really care. AC is working again and it was in the middle of the summer. Everyone was happy. Not a week goes by and I start seeing water build up all around the ac fan unit outside. I never had this issue previously and it’s only a year old AC. Called them again to schedule someone to take a look and they said that I will need to pay for a separate service, and if turns out that it’s related to the prior visit then it will be free of charge. I was ok with that and scheduled someone to come out at 5:30 PM so that I could be home from work. They called me and left a voicemail. I check it when I got out of work and I find that they were telling me about an hour earlier appointment if I was interested. I go home and I find out that they already came to my house an hour earlier without my consent, with only my mom who barely speaks any English in the house. What’s worse is that they informed her that the water leak is coming from my neighbor’s house. No checking or touching of anything. He then demanded her to pay for the visit. Until today (3 months later) - my AC is still leaking and the neighbor side is completely dry. See the photos and you be the judge. When I called them again, they wanted me to pay for another service to come out and take a look. What a scam!!!!

I needed emergency service today when my furnace went off and thankfully Jeff Shepherd was the person sent in a few hours. Jeff had been here before and always answered my questions and I learn the hard way each time. Highest compliments to BR for fast service and much gratitude /highest recommendations to Jeff for interacting with the electrician called immediately (and very unexpectedly) when Jeff found the voltage reaching the transformer for the furnace was too high and burnt it out. Together they fixed the problem and my cat and I have heat!

Just had Jack out for a 50-gallon gas hot water heater replacement. Left the place looking nicer than when he arrived and made sure everything was safe and above board when checking valves. Also corrected questionable work done by a less reputable company years ago for the sake of making sure the job was done right. Friendly and easy to talk to while able to answer any questions we had. Would certainly have him back if we needed any additional plumbing work in the future.

I have a commercial building with an old heat pump system on its last legs Jake was able to troubleshoot the problem and give me some limited options, which included a costly replacement of the unit. Nevertheless he managed to bypass the compressor and get me heat. I highly recommend Jake and their company for your heating and air conditioning needs.
