James was a very nice technician but did not clean to the standards of what Missouri furnace has. Technician made me clean the filters, he did not clean the dirt and debris around the coil. He did check and make sure everything was working and the temperature was blowing how it needs but to say he cleaned is not true. Paid $100 for him to check and and test stuff and give a quote that we did in fact ask for but felt we paid for a quote as well as him checking the wires and temping the vents etc. Lady over the phone said they can come back out but I don’t want them touching anything if they don’t clean stuff and just say oh well we did do what was supposed to of been done per company policy. Thanks Missouri furnace. 1 star for me.
We had a water leak and never expected to need parts of our HVAC ducts replaced. Bob V came out within an hour, worked quickly to cut out all the damage and came back in 2 days to replace the ducts (once the leak was fixed). He and both of his technicians were quick, professional and very respectful. We will absolutely be calling Missouri Furnace and Air Conditioning Co. for any future HVAC issues!
Aaron M provided outstanding service when my heat went out last week. He contacted me shortly after I called for emergency service and arrived within an hour of my request. Aaron is not only professional, he is also personable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced my thermostat on the spot. My pipes would have burst that night without his help.
From the initial phone call with the secretary.. To the actual visit and work on my furnace by James.. the service I received today was as “top notch” as it has been since first receiving service from the Mo. Furnace team in the early 1980’s.James is always on schedule for the appointment. He has a polite and professional manner in talking to you and explaining the work to be done. He speaks to you on a level that is understandable for the job recommended. I would recommend him to friends.
Wednesday October 1, 2025 @ 9AM. Work performed was not of the usual expectations (lack quality worhmanship). At the last minute I went from paying $450 to $494 because the acting secretary “demanded” that I pay extra, because they had to make two trips to uninstall two defective booster fans in which they installed. (Not my fault) Then she went on to tell me, Aaron will wait at my residence until I came up with the cash. I told him to follow me to the bank and will pay him right away. Instead of mailing in a money order which was the agreement between Tracy & I. (Secretary is not allowing me to talk to Tracy.)“I will not be calling them back!” ??After this incident, you lost years of integrity that you had built up with me!By the way, the $744 amount was with the agreement the parts (booster fan) that you installed workedproperly. I was left with nothing but grief and an ugly “temporary” tape patch left in my ductwork! Should have used mastic for a permanent fix! And Yes you did change your mind twice on the agreed amount!
