Steve was INCREDIBLE. He is so knowledgeable, honest and works quickly. We sought other companies to fix our AC and they kept telling us we needed a new one. Steve came out, fixed 2 things and got our AC back up & running for a GREAT PRICE. He saved us so much money and we are so thankful. Steve and his wife Patricia were great. His communication was outstanding prior to his visit and his professionalism was outstanding during the job. Steve, was phenomenal! He was responsive, professional, and polite. More importantly, he was honest! He worked on our furnace and quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it. At no point did he up sell us. He also thoroughly explained what the issue was. I will definitely use him again. I will also highly recommend him to my friends and family.
