5 stars for this crew. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful. I called Eskimo Bros for a tune-up on my system, having recently purchased a new home. I needed an annual maintenance, and they made the process a breeze. Brenden was my technician and he was extremely polite and professional. Would highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs.
I’m sharing my experience so far and will update this review once the issue is fully resolved.The installation process itself went smoothly: scheduling the estimate and installation was easy and straightforward. However, after the unit was installed, I discovered a serious problem: the heating elements were running at the same time as the AC. This caused my June electric bill to be four times higher than my May bill.Unfortunately, getting the issue addressed has been frustrating. There hasn’t been much urgency on their part to fix the problem with a brand-new unit. I’ve had to call multiple times before a technician came out to investigate why the new system is costing significantly more than my old one.Also, the inspector from the City came and noticed that the unit is sweating/condensation, so it needs another look before the unit can pass the inspection marks.At this point, I hope the company can prioritize existing customers and make resolving issues with new units a top priority. I’ll provide an update here once the situation is corrected.
I called at 1:30pm, the technician arrived by 2:45pm and he had the problem diagnosed and fixed by 3:30pm. Amazing! The technician provided pictures of the system, highlighting the problem areas, and he also gave me helpful feedback and suggestions regarding the status of our HVAC system. Great service.
Anthony, our service tech was fantastic to deal with. The company stayed in touch with me from as soon as they were assigned the job to letting me know it was completed. There were some complications, but I was kept up to date until my AC was up and running and I'm absolutely pleased with Absolute.
