Lost our heat Saturday night. Sunday morning it was very cold in the house. Called Davis Heating & Cooling and left a message with the after hours option. They called back quickly and helped troubleshoot and correct the problem over the phone. Thank you Mr. Davis
Called when heat went out during our last cold snap. Chip sent Kyle out within an hour who diagnosed the issue within just a few minutes. Ordered a part and received it and had unit going within 24 hours from the time I initially called. Great customer service!!!
These guys recently replaced my unit and installed all new duct work under the house. They were responsive and professional and did a great job. The project manager went above and beyond to make sure every detail was covered and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Davis H&C is great! I've used them for the last 15 years or so. We have two 18-year old units at our house. The main one was vibrating recently, but was still working fine. I called Davis and they were able to send someone out the next day. Matthew H came out and figured out the issue within minutes. He replaced a part and did maintenance. He was GREAT, honest, showed up on time and explained my repair/replacement options. He could have told me that the unit needed to be replaced--not repaired, but he worked with me on fixing it. When it is time to replace our units, Davis will get my business for sure!!! I highly recommend Davis!!
