I cannot recommend Jason with Hoosier Heating and Air enough. He is super responsive, courteous, and he diagnosed and repaired our issue in a timely manner (even on a Sunday morning). We have two units on our home and he was able to service both in a prompt manner while explaining this issues and how to check for future problems.
Huge shout out to Hoosier for coming out tonight after normal business hours within 20 minutes of calling Jason was here and assessing why our AC unit was not working. He was super professional and even put up with my seven year old following him around asking a million questions! ?? thanks to him we are all fixed up and will be sleeping comfortably tonight!
Jason was extremely responsive and professional! He gave me info all along the way. (I'm the kind of guy who likes to watch techs and learn). Great, professional people. I called on a Tuesday to set up an appointment to get my ac looked at and within a couple hours Jason was already at my house inspecting it. We decided that with the age and what was wrong with it we needed to replace the unit. On Thursday of the same week my new HVAC was installed and running great. He took the time to explain things to me and to correct some issues with the ductwork upstairs. I highly recommend Jason and his team.
Woke up early this morning to a knocking sound coming from the HVAC. I called a different company who said I'd have to call back tomorrow just to set up an appointment to have someone come out to look at it. I decided to call Hoosier, they answered and told me they'd be out within a couple hours. I got a text right after with an ETA. Jason arrived within an hour and ran several tests. He figured out the issue and ensured the unit was working before he left. Very professional and super fast arrival. Very knowledgeable and discussed preventative maintenance to keep it in working condition. I'll be calling back for future service as needed. Thanks.
