Once I needed a boiler replaced all the way up near Harrison Lake the house was freezing ,then once my hot water tank quit spectacularly , and another my mothers hot water heat system needed to be serviced quite heavily ; It has never ran so great. I had my furnace serviced recently, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The technician arrived right on time, was professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to explain what they were checking, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left.

The difference in how my furnace runs now is incredible, it’s quieter, more efficient, and heating the house evenly again. They even cleaned up after themselves and left the area spotless. It’s rare to find such great service these days, and I’ll definitely be calling them again for future maintenance.

This is my second time using Heatex to service my gas fireplace. They are excellent. I first called them because they were vetted vendors for my strata. I like to support small business where I can. They were prompt, courteous and competitively priced. Tony and Alex both came out this time and were their same professional selves. And informative. Alex explained every step and recommendation. After service of my gas fireplace, they cleaned up everything and it's like they were never there, except my fireplace is clean and it works.
Highly recommend.
