Alex and his team are great. They did our new gas stove hookups and gas bbq. They did everything very quickly and were very easy to work with. For the gas bbq I called them the day prior and he came the next day to complete since we needed it done asap due to some time constraints. I got multiple quotes and their prices were the best! Highly recommend
I have used Heatex 3 times now . and all 3 times I was in need of urgent service. Once I needed a boiler replaced all the way up near Harrison Lake the house was freezing ,then once my hot water tank quit spectacularly , and another my mothers hot water heat system needed to be serviced quite heavily ; It has never ran so great. This is my second time using Heatex to service my gas fireplace. They are excellent. I first called them because they were vetted vendors for my strata. I like to support small business where I can. They were prompt, courteous and competitively priced. Tony and Alex both came out this time and were their same professional selves. And informative. Alex explained every step and recommendation. After service of my gas fireplace, they cleaned up everything and it's like they were never there, except my fireplace is clean and it works.Highly recommend.
