Max was a great technician. Knows his job very well. Felt bad he had to come late. He did a awesome job we small talked but he still did his work GREAT. Sorry for all the shad flies you had to deal with. LOL

Had a problem with my Amana furnace on Friday night. Max called me back really quickly, and was at my house so fast that he must have been really close-by (I’m in Bettendorf). A short time later he diagnosed the problem, explained the problem to me, had a replacement part in his truck to fix it, and after installing and testing it my furnace was working again as normal. Price was really reasonable, especially for an after-hours Friday night problem. Max was super friendly, and I will be definitely calling Family again next time my furnace or AC have problems.
Our furnace stopped working last night (Friday night) I called at 4pm and they were at my house before 5 pm, it needed an new part, he went and got a new part replaced it, serviced the furnace (it had been a while) and was out the door by 6:15. He was very friendly and explained what the issue was. Will 100% be using them again.

This most recent service I had received from them required a new part on my AC unit, Ryan explained everything to me he also connected the part to the volt meter to show me the part was no longer working.
