I am the facilities manager for a local church. When I got the job I found the HVAC systems was in need of work. Butler was amazing in bringing the facility back up to standards. Butler truly saved me during a harsh winter weekend when both of my furnaces needed to be replaced. They were incredibly responsive, provided same-day service, and offered a very fair price. They even supplied space heaters while we waited for the new units to arrive. 10/10 — highly recommend!

First-Very Easy to schedule online for someone Not tech savvy!I was schedule and seen within hours of the online scheduling.Second-Keri was very helpful with detailed, easy to understand information via Emai.Third-Nathan the technician was extremely knowledgeable with explaining what I needed. I especially liked how he made me feel safe about my old furnace limping along until a new one could be installed.And finally, Andrew the Project Manager, he eased my every concern about the new installation needed and about the cost. Never once did I feel pressured to buy anything. He explained all my options available. The waiting period for the new installation is less than a week!I highly recommend this company.
Had phenomenal service today from Butler Heating for our residential boiler (in a 100yo 4000+ sq ft home). We had been receiving suboptimal service from another company who claimed to be experts in boiler servicing. After ignoring an obvious issue for two years, we had been told yesterday by that company our only option was replacement. Feeling a second opinion was in our best interest, I called Butler and got a prompt appt for the afternoon. First we had Keith come to our home; incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, friendly and professional. In his 30+ yr opinion he felt our boiler could likely be fixed vs replaced. He worked with the service department to ensure Brandon (a service technician) could try to come out in the afternoon, given the dangerous temps. Brandon arrived prob an hour later and was terrific! Talked me through everything and could not have been more helpful, professional, and spot on! He repaired the boiler and saved us from having to replace right now. And after we settled up and he left, he returned not 5 min after as he noticed our vent exiting the home was covered by some snow! I never would have known this and it could’ve been an issue. Extremely impressed with everyone I talked to/worked with today (Nick, Tim, Keith and Brandon) and cannot recommend them more highly! Very appreciative of this company!
