I absolutely love these guys! I Have the VIP so they do 2 free HVAC system maintenance. They are so good about showing me things and explaining why it might be an issue in the future. Which i genuinely appreciate being a first time home owner. I love the fact they send you an email with a picture of the technician who will be arriving. Overall I've had nothing but great experiences with them. They are awesome!!!!
Josh was wonderful! He did a great job with my furnace. He was great at explaining Everything and knowledgeable. He also left me a clean area. Josh is very friendly and very easy to speak with and ask questions. Because I know/knew very little. He showed me pictures and explained them. Your company has been horrible to deal with. Everytime one of your techs come out they find some super expensive repair that need fixing. Funny we just had a new heater and a/c unit installed less than a couple years ago. We had our basement finished a couple years ago. Even though they had multiple techs out over the last 3 years to do “maintenance” and up keep. Which we paid them preventative maintenance monthly charge. Then they Decide to tell us we need them to replace coils and clean ducts which is an additional $2500-$3000 to do. What the hell? Soooo what exactly have we been paying the premium maintenance fee for? Oh yeah …. To tell us that I guess the last 6 plus visits and from there “qualified” techs couldn’t have prevented this exspense and decided to charge us??? What? ? On top of charging us extra maintenance cost everytime they send someone out? How does that make sense?
Daniel was great. I’m not sure what Ryan’s role was other than chatting me up & watching. If he and Daniel had split up the servicing of my 2 units could have been done in 1.5 hours versus the 3+ hours it took.
Gene from just right is incredible. He is professional knowledgeable and a good listener. He treated me like a person and everything he said and did, he would have said and done to my husband. That’s rarely the case with other companies service technicians. Just right is always fantastic to use. Customer service is top notch and so is their technicians. Thank you Gene! He cleaned our secondary coil in our furnace (which was reasonably priced) and installed a polarized air filter to keep our air cleaner. I highly recommend just right and Gene! You won’t regret it.
