They came out on short notice and were great to work with. They fixed the heating issue quickly, explained what was going on, and most importantly didn’t try to nickel and dime me. Honest, responsive, and fair pricing. I’d definitely call them again.
Our furnace stopped working and since Method Air installed it 20 years ago, I called them to look at it. Unfortunately, after the technician spent a long time trying to figure out the issue and trying everything possible (including phoning a friend), the conclusion was that it was going to likely cost a lot to fix so we elected to just replace it. The technician was personable and considerate, arrived when expected and we didn't have to wait long to get an appointment. Two different technicians came to install the new system a couple days later and they were also great to work with. Being retired, I was able to "supervise" the installation and they were great at answering questions and keeping me informed on the progress. I was very pleased with their work and feel that price I paid was fair.
Method Air was fantastic! Big shoutout to Carter and Wyatt, who came out and fixed my exterior vents incredibly fast and for half the price of their competitors. Their service was professional, efficient, and high-quality from start to finish. I’m really impressed and will definitely be using Method Air again in the future. Highly recommend!
Carter was awesome! Super easy going and fun to talk to, but also knowledgeable! He came by to do a tuneup on my furnace and found that there was a bunch of insulation in the coils. My basement was recently finished. He pulled out his live camera and showed me and also the running temperature being too high.He came back a couple days later to disassemble and clean which made the running temp 20 degrees cooler. Most importantly because of our first interaction, I trusted him enough to let him in my home while I wasn’t there to begin the job. Real stand up guy, honest and kind, and knows his stuff! Thanks Carter!
If I could give a 10 Star review, I would. Jake was hands down one of the best techs I have ever had to work with. We are in a new build so I have been dealing with a lot of different people. He made me feel very safe and helped ensure that the gas smell we were smelling was not a leak and checked every pipe for us to make sure our family is safe. I also had a super positive experience with calling in and interacting with the main office. I was able to be seen same day and got everything rolling quickly. I cant thank you guys enough for all your help and kindness today.
