My water heater went out unexpectedly in the middle of winter and after dealing with 2-3 other companies and feeling like a number, working with the team at One Stop Heating and Air was refreshing. It felt like real people helping real people. No BS when I was asking for pricing, pros, and cons. World of difference from their competitors who quoted me almost double for the same solutions after giving me a shock price of $45,000 -Miko their sales guy made an honest mistake when doing the estimates and was just going to eat the cost because he was going to do what it took to honor the price they quoted even when we had to make some changes because the unit that was needed for my house was different than what was quoted.The guys actually doing the work have been awesome with my kids asking all sorts of questions. They came quick, and even with my janky basement setup were positive, respectful, and great to work with, have kept me in the loop with what's going on at every step. Will definitely call back for next projects.

One Stop came quickly and were very efficient and knowledgeable. We have in floor heating and air conditioning and I truly appreciate that they can maintain all of them. The technician was extremely patient with me and explained everything in great detail. The price was also reasonable.
