First time using MAX Heating based on a google search. I did not know them previously. I would 100% use them again and refer them. Justin arrived this week to repair a gas fireplace that was not lighting. Justin was very friendly, very efficient and fixed the problem very quickly. All of the office staff are very nice to deal with and very accommodating.
The owner of this company is what my 4-year-old daughter called him when it happened - a bully. While parked in the school parking lot (well within my parking spot lines), this man purposely slammed his door into my door. When I approached him about it, he smirked at me and didn’t care. I asked for his license, in which he drove off on me. I took pictures of him IN his company truck driving away. There is no place in this world for bullies. I can only imagine how he can run his company if this is how he treats others outside of it. And to do it in a school parking lot, in front of children. Unacceptable.*Edit Reply to Owners Response*I first want to state that no apologies were made at the time of the incident. So please don’t lie and say you did. I do appreciate you now apologizing, but also making false statements about what happened nullifies this apology.I did not say what you said I did - what was said was “how come we were able to hold our door?” A question to you in which you said “I guess so”. When I asked for your license, you took off.I have now attached photos taken of the so-called “tapped” door, with no damage. It shows it was not a tap - in fact, you were already in your truck when the door went into ours - and when it happened, it shook our truck.
We found max around 5 years ago, and will never use anyone else! Today we had Marshall come out for some work. He was efficient, honest, informative and did an outstanding job overall (as always). You can tell a company is quality when they have employees that handle themselves like he did! If you need anything fixed or done, I recommend Max! They have always taken care of us like we’re a part of their family! Always a big thank you to Kevin and Marshall who is always welcome back!
Max HVAC provided quality service from start till finish. Rene promptly provided a quote for AC unit within couple of hours after I requested for one, Tim addressed all my queries and went above and beyond to ensure I’ll have the best service, Eva set up my appointment without any hassle. There was a little issue with control wiring as the AC unit is one of the newest and latest in the market, but their capable technicians were able to troubleshoot it right away and installed the unit professionally. My AC installation was done in a breeze from quote to final install. Overall, an excellent service from an amazing team! Highly recommended!
I was looking to get AC installed this summer and after getting a bit of a run around from another company, I e-mailed Max Heating and Air Conditioning.They quickly provided me with three quote options with no pressure sales (a huge plus in my book). Booking an appointment was easy and their pricing was fair.The technicians arrived on time, were polite and worked incredibly hard to get the install done as quickly as possible for us (during one of our heat waves).I am incredibly happy with the service that they provided and will use them again for any related needs that I have in the future.
