Disappointed.Furnace cleaning job was good, but the dryer vent service was a problem. After they finished, the dryer vent pipe was kinked and the dryer was left pulled out. Now the vent kinks worse if I try to push the dryer back.I contacted Otto Heating & Cooling and sent a photo. They told me nothing looked wrong, and despite requesting a manager to call me back, I haven’t heard anything. Posting the same picture I sent them.
We had Julian come out to repair our furnace. While the outcome wasn’t what we had hoped for, we truly appreciated his honesty and efficient work in helping keep our costs down. He was transparent, professional, and easy to deal with. We would highly recommend Otto and Julian!
Otto Heating is our "go to" for our home. Their service people are very knowledgeable. Kyle recently came to check one of our furnaces that wasn't working. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and told us what to watch for in the future. Great company! Great employees!
We had our furnace serviced by Otto last week.Very impressed by Julian’s professionalism.They do what the regular furnace and duct cleaners do not do. They optimized the burner for a blue flame. The slight vibration we had with the furnace also disappeared. We were glad that there were no signs of deterioration with our furnace. No hidden fees or undue requests to change any parts. Had service twice in last few years. Just had Juilian service heat pump. He was great and knowledgeable and honest . Called other companies had very poor results that didn't solve my issues . Would definitely only use this company Julian was great. Thanks again.
