So Christmas eve afternoon I came home after work to a chilly house. Furnace was not staying on. Nicole was a amazing and spent an hour and a half trouble shooting various things with me to save me a $300 call out fee. Got the furnace working again! I'm still having them come out on Monday to take a look at everything. The level of integrity is top notch with this company. I will be using them for my furnace and water heater needs moving forward. Thank you so much for helping get my furnace running this Christmas Eve!
I had only expected Brad to give me a quote on a new furnace because another company told me I needed a new one. HOWEVER, instead he took the time to inquire why I needed one, completed his own diagnosis and then cleaned up the partially clogged drain. Saved me thousands at a time when I have really needed to watch my spending. The service manager from the other company did come out to inspect himself and agreed with all of Brad's findings. Thank you!!!
Brad is great! Furnace stopped working and he come on short notice! Was very knowledgeable with everything aswell! The guys came in and where very polite and professional and did a awesome job installing my new furnace! They even fixed up things the last installer did wrong. Will always recommend them!
The initial air conditioner installation was good, but a separate issue was not handled well. As a first-time buyer, I trusted the company to guide me and I understand that painting the wall wasn’t their responsibility.However, communication was lost multiple times, and resolving the issue took over a month. They did patch the holes as a goodwill gesture, but the poor follow-up and lack of professionalism made the process frustrating.I’ve included photos showing how the issue was left for over a month and after the repairs. My overall experience was not great, though I hope others have a better one.
After 20 years, our furnace broke down.3 out of 5 phone calls who came in and took a look at the furnace.We contaced home depot and told us to contact YEG Home Comfort LTD. They act faster more than myself. They came in Thursday and their represtative is named Nicole and she told my brother that they will install a temporary motor to keep us warm for the remaining days and they can install it the next day but the actual day for the furnace to be installed will be scheduled. As weekend approaches we had to endure the extremely cold temperature. It is cold as freezing Ice.Contacted Nicole this Monday and she told us that Brad Mader will come and install the temporary motor while our scheduled installation will be this Friday.I am very thankful for the YEG Home Comfort LTD and to Nicole (who I am not sure if she is from Home Depot or YEG Home Comfort LTD employee) but she constantly asking how we are doing and if we are warm. Thank you to all YEG Home Comfort LTD!UPDATE:Rob Erickson and company (i apologize i forgot his name) came in to install the new furnace today. Thank you! We are finally warm!Thank you again YEG Comfort LTD!
