My heat went out sometime Thursday night the 29th of January this year. It was very cold . I called RJW the next morning & had heat again by 5 that evening. This is my 2nd or 3rd time using them, they do excellent work & quickly. I highly recommend them!
Kevin came out to our house in the middle of the snow storm at night to help us get our furnace working again. He ran diagnostic tests and quickly found the issue. Although the part we needed was special order- he found a way to troubleshoot the furnace and keep it running all night until he could send Conner first thing in the morning to install the new part we needed. Great service Kevin and Conner! Thank you RJW. Will use this company again if we ever encounter anymore issues with our HVAC/Heating system.
I am so happy I found RJW. Kevin was awesome. I came home to no heat after vacation and called after 10pm. He was willing to come out that night but I had space heaters to get me through the morning. He was efficient and prices were very fair. I’m glad I could support a family business. I hope you will give them a call.
