Was referred through my insurance and once I contacted them, they told me they wouldn’t work with me as they hadn’t installed the unit in the first place. Considering there’s a whole process they have to go through to be placed on the insurance company’s list of suppliers you’d think they would actually follow through when a claim came through. Do yourself a favour and read the recent reviews and avoid this company. Waste of time.

I would do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. They don't own up to their mistakes but have no problem billing you. Judging by the last few reviews, it's wise to seek someone else

STAY AWAY! This is probably the most horrible and pathetic experience I've had with a company in the city. I don't know if they are too busy, not competent or just don't care about their customers, but dealing with ATR is a long and arduous process.

After 4 visits from 3 different technicians, it took two months to get a correct diagnosis. Communication with this company is miserable, they took over three weeks to order a part which I ended up ordering myself from the wholesaler and received within 48 hours. I received a repair estimate that didn't match what the technician told me, and I struggled to get an explanation.

If you're not satisfied with the services, you're left on your own as the owner, Ricky, we'll never return your calls or emails and couldn't care less about your concerns

He did maintenance checks on our gas furnace & water heater. Everything checked out perfectly. He is VERY thorough, knowledgeable, courteous and he answered all of my many questions.
