Jason and team were on time, courteous, and very professional. I received informative txt messages with photos of my system during the inspection. They took the time to show me voltage readings for each component and explained why it failed. Finally, I received 4 or 5 options to get the system running. No hard sell. I highly recommend.
Thought we had a simple air balance issue. Turns out to be more than that! Joshua was very knowledgeable and walked us through all the issues very thoroughly along with pictures. We were given multiple options for solutions and listened to any concerns. He was also able to schedule the service pretty quickly. Adam and Nick did an amazing job installing our new HVAC system. The old system was installed 10 yrs ago when the house was built and whoever installed it look like amateurs compared to the work Adam did. They were very kind, polite and communicated throughout the process. Highly recommend Legend Air and Adam/Nick to install.
My family and I returned home from a party last night to a cold house, and we soon discovered that our HVAC unit wasn’t working! Because it was so late, we went to bed knowing we would call Legend first thing in the morning. I talked to Rebecca in the office bright and early, and she assured me that she would do everything possible to get someone out to our house today. Within two hours, Luis called and said he was on his way! He is very knowledgeable and it is obvious that he has lots of experience, and is very skilled at his job. He quickly determined the problem-our blower motor had gone out. He didn’t have one with him, but he said he could go get one right away, bring it back and install it, and we should be up and running! He was true to his word, and by the early afternoon our house was warm and toasty! I want to thank Luis, both for his skill and technical expertise, but also for his friendly, outgoing personality! He was so patient when we asked him several questions about what was going on with our unit, and he kindly took the time to explain everything in great detail, until we felt like we understood what had happened. In today’s world of everyone always seeming to be in such a hurry, it feels special to have someone willing to answer all of your questions without feeling rushed! Luis is a big part of why we want Legend to be our HVAC company forever! I also want to thank Julia and Rebecca in the office. I talked to them both today, and they are also extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient! I don’t think we could possibly have had a better experience than we had with the three of them today. That is why I am enthusiastically giving them, and Legend Air, five out of five stars!??????????
Exceptional Service from Nathan at Legends Air!We had an urgent issue with water flooding our warehouse due to a backed-up condensation line, and Legends Air responded immediately. Nathan, our technician, was absolutely phenomenal—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. He quickly identified the problem, resolved it on the spot, and left everything clean and tidy. This is a commercial space, and it was clear that Nathan has experience with both residential and commercial systems. He was courteous, respectful, and truly a pleasure to work with.
