McCreery and Sun really helped me walk through a hard and scary time, and they were so kind and quick to help. We had a lot of issues with our furnace during the cold winter, and during one of the stretches my husband was out of town. Pierce was so kind and always came out quickly and was able to remedy the problem while we made a decision about purchasing a new furnace. He even came out quickly late on a Friday night. Austin in the front office was also a lifesaver for me, always listening and answering my many questions! My furnace was not working on January 2, 2026, which was a holiday for McCreery & Sun. Nate arrived and quickly assessed the furnace and diagnosed the problem. Nate cleared the water droplets from the system and restored the furnace to normal operation. Nate recommended replacement of the pressure switch in order to prevent this from happening again. Nate ordered the part and returned on January 6, 2026, to replace the old pressure switch. Nate was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable! Nate went above and beyond by checking the entire system. Nate saw that the previous owner of the home had not installed the correct brand or size air filter in the filter housing and sent me the link to order the correct brand/size air filter. I would recommend McCreery & Sun and will contact them for future HVAC system maintenance.
Just replaced our furnace and AC and McCreerys did an amazing job at a very fair price. Our techs, Michael S and Christian M did a fantastic job, kept us informed from start to finish, very respectful and highly knowledgeable of their jobs. They took the time to explain everything clearly and their clean up was incredible, hardly knew they had been there! Our 23 year old AC died at the end of the summer. McCreery's team of Michael S, Christian M, and Tim B did the installation of the new system in 2 days last week. They were very professional and efficient and the end result was outstanding! The company installed 2 hot water heaters in the past for us and we liked their work. That is why we brought them in to do our HVAC diagnostics and quote. We are very pleased with McCreery and Sun.
