Came out and installed heat pumps. The work done was good, but then a year later and 189$ charges to my card started to pop up, then another and another. I tried calling many times over the course of a few days and got no answer or call back. Tried texting and got nothing back. The 600 dollars has caused me to over draft and mis payments to other services. I am now having to look at other ways of handling this.
I have used Climate Kings several times during the past few years~furnace repairs, new furnace install and now an AC unit, just in time for the latest heat wave. I am super happy with the unit and the responsiveness of Jordan and his crew. He basically had to work around my very complex schedule and I'm happy to say, I'm loving my first day with air conditioning! 100% would recommend this company.
The temperatures outside are getting cooler and my HVAC system is working harder to maintain a comfortable temperature in the house. Like many home owners we sometimes forget the preventative maintenance needed in order for things to run more efficiently.When I called Climate Kings, a technician was able to come out the next day! Jordan and his team are amazing. They showed me exactly what the issues were and what previous techs missed or neglected to do. We ended up having to replace a heat pump unit, but these things happen. Pricing was fair and they were quick with the turnaround and installation. Professional, Punctual, Communicative, Respectful and Responsive. They were the first company to get back to me and I am glad that I went with them. I highly recommend them and would do business with them again. If you are in need of a high quality HVAC tech/repair/installation company, than look no further. Jordan and his team do really good work! The only issue my husband had is that they left the old AC unit and parts out in our front yard for about week before it was picked up. We are also still waiting on photos of the finished duct work they did under the house while installing the new AC coolant line but other than that they did great! I would recommend them to others.
