There’s none better than Hoodview Heating. I’ve used this company going on 20 years for maintenance twice a year called the Comfort Club on a heat pump which they installed. Yesterday we had a new heat pump installed everything is top notch I’ll never use a different company for my heating and cooling. Ask for Brian or Ryan they’re the best techs you’ll ever need and never be disappointed.

From a single mom trying to keep her kids warm in the winter!!!!! This company hired some real winners!!!I have sent two requests for services. My problem is either the Rc wire or a fuse. The nest isn’t getting power and if I charge it and dock it on the wall it tells me this error! We are not getting heat and I am willing to pay just about anything for the services. The guy on the phone seemed to like his voice a little too much.The first time he reached out to me after I submitted my request. He said how much he hates the nest and it must be an issue with that. He highly recommended I replace it with a new one and go from there even though I was 99.999 percent sure it’s a wire issue. So I purchased a new one that’s giving the same exact error code.I reached out a second time and they said “I guess they can do a diagnostics I don’t know what to say” so I scheduled an appointment for yesterday at 6pm and no one showed up!Yes, I got a missed call from them to confirm my appointment the day before but it was a Sunday and since I just made the appointment on Friday for the following Monday I didn’t think it was a REQUIREMENT to confirm it again. I was expecting someone to show up and assist me. I was already $200 down after they recommended replacing my nest.I used to get serviced by this company every winter and it was a different gentleman before who knew exactly what he was doing. I don’t know what happened to him but this new guy is clearly terrible and unreliable.
Had a circuit board go out late last fall. Called several HVAC service companies recommended by the manufacturer. A couple said they would get to us but Hoodview was the one that showed up when they said they would. Started a service contract after they quickly replaced the bad component and just had the first maintenance check today. Was pleased to see a detailed diagnostic report within hours of the service.
We were very pleased with Hoodview HVAC. They replaced our old top discharge AC unit (which was 21 years old) with a new side discharge unit. They included pulling in new refrigerant lines and provided a cover for the lines where they exited the home to the the new unit. The project was completed in less than a day. We had several quotes for this project and Brian provided the best value. We would definitely recommend Brian and his crew for your HVAC needs.
