We had fishers heating & Air come out to our house on 6/16 /2025We both agreed that the system needed to be cleaned so a few minutes later he came back up he's done i asked him how was the filter he said a little dirty but it was fine.Went down to replace my filter & there was no filter in my system so it's been running all this time with no filter & it's frozen & dirty again. I have never had a y problems until now. My daughter has to stay cool if it's hot or she will have a seizure UPDATE SHE HAD A SEIZURE FRIDAYNow our system is frozen & needs to be cleaned again ????
It's a long story, but I DID NOT have a good experience with this company at all. The most frustrating thing was the total lack of communication. They installed a new HVAC system for me that didn't work right from day 1. They came and went from my house for a month and a half trying to "troubleshoot" what was wrong with my brand-new unit instead of just replacing it with another working one. I have health concerns that do not allow me to be in the heat and my house was hot and swampy. It was an extremely difficult time for me. I had to make several trips from my work which is about 20 minutes away to open my house for them even after I asked them to just let me know the night before if they would need access. I had to basically beg for any communication I got concerning what was happening. They did give me a very small discount that barely covered my huge utility bill from the malfunctioning unit they had installed running 24/7 for a month and a half because it couldn't cool down my house. Nothing for my missed work or inconvenience at all. Think twice before using this company please. A one-day installation could turn into a very long ordeal.
