Customer Reviews
Dmytro Riazanov
I recently had a new HVAC system installed at my home in Huntington Beach, and the experience was excellent. The team was great, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They walked me through the entire process.
Installation was clean and efficient. They protected the floors, kept the workspace tidy, and finished right on schedule. The system runs quietly, cools the house perfectly, and the airflow is noticeably better than before.
They made sure everything was calibrated properly, answered all my questions, and even followed up after the install to make sure everything was working great.
If you're looking for a reliable HVAC installer, I would absolutely recommend them.
Dmytro Zelenov
We recently replaced our 25-year-old air conditioner and hired True North Heating & Air after Dmitriy was recommended by friends in Aliso Viejo. Overall, it was a good experience and we’re happy with the result.
Dmitriy and his team installed a new high-efficiency inverter heat pump system, and the improvement is noticeable. The unit is extremely quiet, energy efficient. The installation itself was professional, and completed as promised.
One suggestion for future customers would be to spend a bit more time before installation explaining the specifics of how a heat pump and inverter system works for heating the home, since it’s a bit different from a traditional furnace/AC setup.
It would also be helpful to discuss in advance the inspection process and the specific format or requirements that need to come from the city, so homeowners know what to expect ahead of time and not after the installation is complete.
Overall, great service and a quality installation. I would definitely recommend True North Heating & Air to anyone in Orange County looking for HVAC replacement or service.

Our experience with True North HVAC was exceptionally positive. Dimitri arrived at hour home within four hours of our condenser failing and his team was installing our new unit at 8AM the following morning. He and his team were professional, fast and thorough. The equipment he installed is top of the line and works amazingly well. We highly recommend using True North for any and all heating or AC needs.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does True North size replacement equipment?
It does not size a system from the removed equipment’s tonnage. It considers the home’s size, layout, insulation, windows, duct system, airflow and existing performance.
What happens before True North proceeds with an AC repair?
It diagnoses the system and explains what failed, possible causes, and practical repair or replacement options before additional work is approved.
Can True North coordinate replacement permits and inspections?
Many California replacements may require permits, inspection and HERS verification, depending on the equipment and scope. The company says it can coordinate the applicable process.
Does True North provide emergency HVAC service?
It provides urgent and after-hours HVAC service, subject to technician availability and current operating hours. Response times can vary during high-demand periods.
