I recently had a new HVAC system installed at my home in Huntington Beach, and the experience was excellent. The team was great, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They walked me through the entire process.

Installation was clean and efficient. They protected the floors, kept the workspace tidy, and finished right on schedule. The system runs quietly, cools the house perfectly, and the airflow is noticeably better than before.

They made sure everything was calibrated properly, answered all my questions, and even followed up after the install to make sure everything was working great.

If you're looking for a reliable HVAC installer, I would absolutely recommend them.

We recently replaced our 25-year-old air conditioner and hired True North Heating & Air after Dmitriy was recommended by friends in Aliso Viejo. Overall, it was a good experience and we’re happy with the result.

Dmitriy and his team installed a new high-efficiency inverter heat pump system, and the improvement is noticeable. The unit is extremely quiet, energy efficient. The installation itself was professional, and completed as promised.

One suggestion for future customers would be to spend a bit more time before installation explaining the specifics of how a heat pump and inverter system works for heating the home, since it’s a bit different from a traditional furnace/AC setup.

It would also be helpful to discuss in advance the inspection process and the specific format or requirements that need to come from the city, so homeowners know what to expect ahead of time and not after the installation is complete.

Overall, great service and a quality installation. I would definitely recommend True North Heating & Air to anyone in Orange County looking for HVAC replacement or service.

My experience with TrueNorth was professional, knowledgeable, and valuable. My wife and I have lived in our house in Aliso Viejo California for 30 years now and never found the need for air conditioning. No longer in our youth we see the need for replacement of our heating and adding cooling for those hot days. We were blessed with new technology in a heat pump system for both cooling and heating using an air handler in the attic. The system is amazing, just what we needed. True North was great to work with, walked us through all of our questions and provided a quality product for a reasonable price. I would recommend them to you.
