Great service and a quick turn around when we needed a new furnace. Zack and Brennan went above and beyond. They were great to work with!
Zach was prompt and very professional. He explained what was wrong and how he fixed it in words I could understand. He even had to come out a second time the same day and he came in a timely manner and we finally have heat again! I would recommend Barbour to anyone!!
I've had a wonderful experience with this company. Just this weekend I had a scare, and thought water was coming in my duct, and going in my brand new furnace Barbour Heating just sold and installed for me this past summer. I was terrified my new furnace would be ruined. Come to find out it was just water running down the duct from the wall because of a leaking roof. The owner came on a weekend morning for an unscheduled appointment investigated my situation,and found this out for me. He was quick to reassure me Barbour has me taken care of!! You just don't get that kind of treatment and reassure from many companies anymore!! Most treat you like you're an inconvenience. But not Barbour Heating. I have been able to eliminate my multiple humidifiers(which were alot of daily work) because the unit Barbour installed has a whole house humidifier. I used to wake up with nose bleeds every winter season with the use of furnace. I've slept sound for the first time in years at the beginning of furnace season. My brand new central air purchased, and installed by Barbour made my house comfortable this past summer for the first time ever! No more window air conditioners hanging outside. No more loud indoor air conditioners running constantly, and sending bills through the roof. I can't say enough good things about Barbour Heating. Thank you Ian Thank you Barbour Heating!!!!
The guys are great they know what they are doing they cleaned everything up left nothing for me to clean up very professionally job done I would highly recommend them for your heating and cooling system needs. Five stars A++++
