Ryan at Alford did an excellent job restoring our AC after a failure in the air handler AC coil. A quality technician at a quality company. Clearly this is a family business that values their customers and employees. Sadly I have to add that our old AC company was bought out recently and wanted to charge more than double what Alford ended up charging. The non commission (and presumably fair employee wage) of Alford’s is clearly much more than a sales point. Thank you Ryan and thank you Alford…you have deservedly gained a new long term customer.
my air conditioning went out and I was sure it was a compressor. I don't know why I thought it was a compressor because I know nothing about HVAC systems I called Alfred because anybody doing business for over 50 years must be doing something right.Lorraine was very pleasant and helpful on the phone and she surprised me by telling me she could have a repairman at my home within a couple of hours.Warren showed up right on time for the appointment and I was quick to inform him that I was pretty sure it was the compressor. he jokingly asked shouldn't he be telling me what was wrong. Warren was polite professional and work ed diligently and efficiently.Alford is now my go-to air conditioning repair company... they are pleasant professional reliable and honest.

?????Jeffrey Mejia with Alford AC was excellent. He was professional, thorough, and took a measured technical approach that gave us real confidence in the outcome. He recovered the refrigerant, pulled a proper vacuum with a micron check, weighed in the factory charge, then fine-tuned to stable target performance. He also rinsed the condenser coil and stayed long enough to confirm the system stabilized.The final readings looked strong and consistent, and we really appreciate the care he took to do this the right way. Highly recommend Jeffrey and Alford ACHe had great tools, outstanding training, experience, & knowledge.
