Earnest was great. We had a hiccup in communication at the start but we worked through the issues and the service was fast once we had the part to replace.

I met with Ernest, the owner of ELM HVAC, and he carried himself as the professional he is from Day 1. The quote he provided was at a good price and it was easy and straightforward process. They also offered me flexible financing terms. He answered all of my questions.On the day of installation, Ernest’s crew, Ronald and Jori (forgive if I misspelled Jori’s name), were just as professional as Ernest. It was a quick job getting my HVAC replaced and installing two new Ecobee smart thermostats.ELM HVAC is much better than any other HVAC company I’ve dealt with (yes including the big name companies as they are not as ‘Reliable’ as ELM).Thank you for your quality business and professionalism. As usual Earnest was great ,responded quickly, came out quickly ,communicated well and was on time. Diagnosed the problem accurately and fixed it for reasonable price. My HOA President recommended him and now I see why ,this is 2nd time I"ve used him without a glitch. Highly recommend Earnest and and ELM HVAC.
The technician dispatched to my home was on time, courteous and professional. I had my thermostat replaced. The tech even showed me how to change filters. The price was very reasonable and I will continue to use this company and refer all friends and family members to use them as well.
