Excellent service! Scott was right on time. He worked efficiently, patiently answered my questions and was lovely to deal with.
I have been a customer of Home Aire for a few years and had a furnace installed January 2026. Wyatt that explained all the technicalities and my options in simple terms was extremely helpful. The installation team was incredible they had to return second day and made sure at no time was I without heat. They went way beyond my expectations thanks to you all. I trust these people implicitly. Heather Morgan
Hidden fees and misleading booking process – Beware!I am extremely disappointed with Home Aire Care. I specifically called to book a gas range hookup, but they failed to mention that the technician would not actually do the work during the appointment. instead, I was charged $169 just for a "diagnostic," which consisted of nothing more than looking at the connection and reading the manual. After paying $169 for nothing, they gave me a cost estimate of $599 for the actual hookup. Nowhere was it mentioned that this simple job would end up costing nearly $768 total. The job is straightforward and should not cost anywhere near that amount. It felt like a scam to get the diagnostic fee out of me. I refused the $599 service, but I’m still out $169. Be very careful and ask specific questions about what you are paying for before booking.
The whole team (call center, dispatch and technician) were wonderful at accommodating my availability to have the inspections (required for the sale of my house) done. The technician was fast, efficient and friendly. Thank you all so much!
Scott P was very knowledgeable and experienced. He explained things in clear language that was easy to understand. We would highly recommend him to anyone who needs furnace servicing. 5 out of 5 Stars.Brent G.
